Dundee Announces Funding of Roundpegg

Earlier this month, we announced our investment in Roundpegg.com, based in Boulder, CO.  Roundpegg provides web-based tools to drive business performance by measuring, managing and monitoring organizational culture.  We are thrilled to join Access Venture Partners and Point B Capital in backing the Roundpegg team in the $2.8 million round.  The company is led by a veteran team of Tim Wolters and Brent Daily, each with a track record of exiting successful software businesses, as well as Dr. Natalie Baumgartner, who has a decade of experience in advising companies in culture alignment.  In the past 18 months, the company has onboarded some major customers include eBay, Kaiser Permanente, Nike and Sungard.

With the capital, Roundpegg will focus on beefing up their sales and marketing to address the increased market demand.  We are thrilled to be working with such a dynamic team and a company that is solving an age old problem – helping organizations find the best way to align and engage their employees with the culture of the entire organization.
